We’ll have a call to hand over tasks, discuss how we communicate and any other details. Then it’s time to get started.
FAQs.
Every business is different and I can be flexible to your needs. I don’t recommend less than 10 per month as, in my experience, this is the minimum required to make a real impact. Let’s chat and work it out.
The hours you’ve paid for will need to be used within the timeframe we’ve agreed and cannot be carried over. Think of it like a gym membership, if you don’t go, you don’t get a refund.
No problem. If you don’t need monthly support but need help with a particular task, I can simply charge you an hourly rate or quote a fixed project fee. You can also hire me for a day of productivity.
We’ll discuss your needs on our call, but, generally, I can’t be available at certain times, for example daily at 3pm. However, if you need 30 minutes of support every day, I can usually accommodate that.
You’re welcome to increase or decrease your hours every month to suit your needs. I’d just need 4 weeks’ notice for any changes, or if you wish to cancel completely.

Not necessarily. I’m a founder myself with a background in travel and the arts, and I tend to work best with people in and around that space. If you’re a large corporate in finance, tech or a similar sector, we’re probably not the right fit.
